These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Jilliph website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Jilliph Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Jilliph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the Jilliph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Jilliph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Jilliph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering on Jilliph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jilliph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Jilliph may require you to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilliph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify Jilliph immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Jilliph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Jilliph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Jilliph may result in temporary account restrictions.

4.1 Deposits

Jilliph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Jilliph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Jilliph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification. Jilliph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the Jilliph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Jilliph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Jilliph bears no responsibility.

Jilliph offers various bonuses, promotions, and voucher rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• Jilliph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the account suspended.

5.2 Vouchers

Voucher codes issued by Jilliph are single-use, non-transferable, and subject to expiry dates as specified at the time of issuance. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Jilliph reserves the right to cancel any voucher that it reasonably believes has been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

All games available on the Jilliph Platform — including slots, arcade games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All Jilliph casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that no player, employee, or third party can predict or influence game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on Jilliph are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Jilliph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of manifest error.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Jilliph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Jilliph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a system malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jilliph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse that is designed to exploit Jilliph's promotional offers in bad faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Jilliph Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jilliph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Jilliph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Jilliph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Jilliph Platform at any time by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

All content on the Jilliph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Jilliph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jilliph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Jilliph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Jilliph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of Jilliph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Jilliph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jilliph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Jilliph Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, Jilliph specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond Jilliph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

Jilliph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jilliph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Jilliph policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your Jilliph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Jilliph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact Jilliph's support team as described in Section 14 to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent Jilliph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Jilliph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Jilliph Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
